Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who loves working with infants and toddlers? Join Rehab Resources and become part of a therapist-owned team dedicated to supporting children and families through early intervention services. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Johnson Creek and Dodge County

This flexible, part-full time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a childโ€™s most critical developmental years. You will work closely with families to promote motor development, mobility, and functional independence within the childโ€™s natural environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers
  • Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans
  • Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings)
  • Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility
  • Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
  • Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages
