Overview

United HVAC Motors LLC is seeking motivated individuals for anย Entry-Level Demo Electric Motor Remanufacturingย position. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in the electric motor remanufacturing industry or those with some hands-on experience who want to grow. This position serves as the entry point into our company, with strong opportunities for advancement.

You will be involved in the disassembly and inspection phase of electric motor remanufacturing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in disassembling and reassembling electric motors using hand tools and other equipment
  • Perform inspections and basic diagnostics to identify issues with electric motors
  • Follow all PPE and safety guidelines at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Accurately submit end-of-day reports and communicate through company platforms
  • Work efficiently to meet production needs based on company demand

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

  • Basic technology / computer skills
  • Familiarity with hand tools and proper usage
  • Proficiency in English (required)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Upbeat attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
  • Endurance: fast paced, hands on, production work. ย 

Schedule

  • 8-10 hour shifts, based on company needs
  • Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays.
