Job Description

As a talented and detail-oriented Digital Designer you will support the creation and execution of e-commerce and digital marketing creative across our portfolio of brands. You will partner closely with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven digital assets across multiple channels.
You’ll contribute to the design and production of digital campaigns, email marketing, paid media, social content, and website assets, ensuring work is on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for usability and conversion.

Responsibilities

As part of the Creative Services team, you’ll support fast-turn production needs while maintaining a high bar for quality, accuracy, and consistency. 

  • Execute digital design assets for Creative Services requests including email, paid media, social, web graphics, print, and internal marketing materials.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative across formats, channels, and brand variations.
  • Apply established brand guidelines, templates, and design systems consistently across all deliverables.
  • Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy, proper specs, and platform requirements are met.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently from the Art Director and Creative Services stakeholders.
  • Maintain accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices where applicable.
  • Manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced, ad agency, service-oriented environment.
  • Support the execution and scaling of sales and marketing initiatives, along with the development of corporate presentation decks.
  • Assist with organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets within DAM systems.
  • Contribute to improving templates, workflows, and production processes over time.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, visual arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of digital design experience, ideally within a Creative Services, in-house, or agency production environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with the ability to execute high-quality digital assets efficiently.
  • Experience producing assets for omni-channels including digital (site and email), social, paid media, and print.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in production work.
  • Ability to design for performance.
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback, with the ability to work within established systems and support the Creative Services team.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to think independently and deliver efficiently.
  • Experience with motion graphics, and animation, including multi-frame or timeline-based animations (such as Lottie), animated paid media, or social ads. After Effects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Teams.
