Job description

I I Stanley Company, Inc., a leading supplier of automotive lighting products, was established in Battle Creek, Michigan in 1985. Founded on the principles of respect, trust, and value, we serve a wide range of customers - domestic and foreign - by supplying them with high-quality automotive headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, and repair molds
  • Bench work, hand grinding, and diamond polishing to A1 surface finish
  • TIG welding and Laser Welding
  • CNC Mills, EDM set-up, and CAM programming
  • Performs preventative maintenance to molds and equipment
  • Ability to tun manual mills, lathes, drill press, etc.
  • Assist with press calls when required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two - five (2-5) years in injection molding repair
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Effective communication skills

OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • One (1) year of TIG welding

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED
