Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, emotional struggles, and personal goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviewing techniques.
  • Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages, focusing on a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and interventions aligned with each client's unique preferences and circumstances.
  • Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises.
  • Educate clients on mental health topics, empowering them with coping strategies and connecting them with community resources that can enhance their recovery journey.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records—including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations—while adhering to relevant legal, ethical, and best practice standards.
  • Follow ethical guidelines for clinical practice, ensuring client confidentiality, informed consent, and a commitment to cultural competence.
  • Engage collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive client interventions.
