Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 
Java Edition Development Design and implement custom high-performance plugins using Spigot, Paper, and Purpur APIs. Architect complex network features utilizing packet manipulation libraries like ProtocolLib. 
Optimize server performance, memory usage, and garbage collection for high-player-count environments. 
Bedrock Edition Development Develop custom add-ons, behavior packs, and resource packs using the Minecraft Bedrock Scripting API. 
Utilize the C++ Bedrock Dedicated Server (BDS) API or proxy solutions like Geyser/Floodgate. 
Ensure seamless cross-play integration and UI/UX consistency across console, mobile, and PC clients. 
Architecture & Operations Build and maintain robust data pipelines using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis for player data. Deploy and monitor server infrastructure using Docker, Pterodactyl, or cloud hosting (AWS/GCP). Mentor junior developers and establish strict code-review standards via Git/GitHub
 
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Experience: 5+ years of active, professional, or high-level production experience in following Technologies
Java Mastery: Deep understanding of Java, OOP principles, concurrency, and async programming. 
C++ / JavaScript Knowledge: Strong proficiency in C++ (for Bedrock internals) and JavaScript/TypeScript (for Bedrock Scripting API). 
NMS & Packets: Extensive experience with Net.Minecraft.Server (NMS) obfuscation and packet-level development. 
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up automated builds using Gradle or Maven.
