Job description

Make an immediate impact working with upper elementary and middle school students as a speech-language pathologist. This rewarding contract opportunity provides a supportive environment where your expertise will empower students to reach their communication goals. The caseload includes approximately 45 students, offering a meaningful and manageable scope for individualized attention and care. Enjoy a schedule that runs full-time, 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, through June.

Qualifications:

  • Current CCC certification required
  • Active ESA certificate, or eligibility for expediting; district assists with pending certifications
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in upper elementary and middle school
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster academic and social communication success
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Support the development and implementation of IEPs
