Mungo Homes has a new opening for a Microsoft Systems Administrator at our Corporate office in Irmo, SC!
The Microsoft System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, patching of systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure for our Microsoft Windows based platform. This person participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The Microsoft System Administrator ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures comply with internal and external standards and security requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)
โ€ข Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain, identity management on platforms using Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Service.
โ€ข Implement, tune, and manage network technology. Ensure compliance with IT security requirements, policy, and best practices.
โ€ข Develop and deploy Group Policy objects that optimize the organization's global security posture as well as enhance end user workflows.
โ€ข Evaluate, test, and deploy all technology upgrades to the network infrastructure.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
โ€ข Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
โ€ข Monitors systems performance and ensures compliance with security standards to guard against security breaches and intrusions - also works on improving the availability and efficiency of the infrastructure.
โ€ข Work closely with the fellow tech team members to provide end-user support and issue resolution.
โ€ข Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
โ€ข Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
โ€ข Resolve support tickets for Microsoft based systems as well as other IT related issues.
โ€ข Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

Education and/or Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
and 2-3 years of experience in a network administrative support role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Working knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the principles of modern software and hardware troubleshooting. This will include an understanding of Microsoft OS and application support, Mobile device platforms, as well as audio/visual equipment and applications.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CCNA preferred, but not required.
