Scalehouse Office Attendant & Billing Clerk

Job Summary

Pinnacle Aggregates, LLC is hiring a Scalehouse Attendant for our limestone quarry in Richland, TX. 

This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with consistent overtime.

Pay Range: $16-$24 (Depending on Experience/Qualifications)

Note: The position requires experience with basic computer systems including Microsoft Office. A formal degree is not necessary but exposure to computer systems and data tables is. We're looking for someone motivated  to work with accounting, contribute to our business, and organize customer billing. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Scale heavy haul trucks and print scale tickets using computer software.

Create invoices and organize the billing function based on daily sales.

Work with the accounting team to process receivables.

Communicate professionally with truck drivers and personnel that check-in at the scalehouse office.

Job Requirements

Experience: experience in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of data entry systems.

Schedule: Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including required overtime.
