We are now hiring licensed cosmetologists and barbers for both full-time and part-time positions in Charlottesville! Medusa Enterprises is a locally owned Great Clips franchise - part of the world’s largest salon brand! Be one of the GREATS! We have a generous PTO policy for both FT and PT staff (earn time off from day-one,) as well as a 401k with 4% company match, and annual tool allowance.

  • Active Virginia Cosmetology or Barber License
  • The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
  • The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
