Full-time Business Development Representative Opportunity - 

Granite Hills Hospital is a 120-bed behavioral health facility care facility located in West Allis, WI. We are dedicated to offering high-quality, patient centered behavioral healthcare for the greater Milwaukee community. Our new 120-bed facility features features evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies
  • Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods
  • Represent a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
  • Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan
  • Enhance the facility’s brand/image
  • Effectively manage assigned territory and accounts
  • Work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
  • Use a combination of relationship management, community outreach, and digital/social media marketing strategies to promote services, and business development goals

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care sales business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred. BDR market includes Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties. Knowledge of and existing medical and behavioral health contacts in these areas is a plus. 
  • Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
