About the Role:

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team on a Baylor Shift (3x12 Overnight Weekends) . This position offers the chance to work across all areas of the lab (including Blood Bank and Microbiology) and play an essential role in supporting high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Associate s degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology

  • ASCP or AMT certification as MT/MLS or MLT required

  • Previous experience with Cerner strongly preferred

  • Strong multitasking skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
