You complete all auto repair work according to the safety requirements and published procedures. You're responsible for any upsells or additional work due to customer requests, with their best interest always top of mind. Our motto is, "Fix it right the first time", and you enthusiastically work to achieve that aim.You regularly ensure that your ASM is informed of any additional services that are needed. You also provide administrative assistance with warranty repair orders and maintaining an inventory of our mechanical tools.
