Job description

Welder #1 – First Shift

Duties:

  • Perform TIG welding on materials, such as aluminum, stainless and galvanized steel
  • Form sheet metal products
  • Set up TIG welder for a larger variety of metals
  • Read and interpret project plans
  • Follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Operate forklifts
  • Weld a variety of products

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Welding or 1 year experience, required
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret project plans
  • Dedicated, focused and self-motivated
  • Pre-employment welding test, basic math test, drug screening, lift test, and physical, required
