MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms
  • Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays
  • Prepares and maintains comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversees audit readiness
  • Manages and coordinates the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve
  • Validates the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal
  • Coordinates via Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations

Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience
  • Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential

Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Must possess active Public Trust clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
