We're hiring a Reinforcement Technician for a growing manufacturing company in Oldsmar. This is a full-time, third-shift opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for a stable overnight position, we'd love to hear from you.

Reinforcement Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities
• Reinforce products according to work instructions and production specifications
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Read and follow work orders and manufacturing instructions
• Maintain production standards while meeting daily production goals
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift materials throughout the shift
