Job description

We're hiring a Window Production Associate for a growing manufacturing facility in Tampa. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy lifting and working as part of a team.

Window Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Tampa, FL 33619
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare window components for production
• Lift, move, and handle windows and window materials safely throughout the shift
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Use basic hand tools and measuring devices as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Experience using basic hand tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
