General Dentist

We have recently partnered with a progressive, well-run, and financially stable not-for-profit organization with nearly 30 years of service, known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful impact in the community.

This is a great opportunity for a General Dentist looking for strong compensation, work-life balance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
  • Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Perform procedures including extractions, endodontics (including molar root canals), fillings, dentures/partials, crowns, and bridges
  • See approximately 17+ patients per day in a high-volume setting
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options
  • Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, EFDA, and dental assistants to deliver efficient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
  • Build strong relationships with community providers and referral partners

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Active and Unrestricted New York Dental License
  • DEA License (or ability to obtain)
  • Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
  • Experience working in a high-volume setting preferred
