The Maintenance Team Member plays a crucial role in ensuring the McDonald's restaurant remains clean, safe, and inviting for both customers and crew. Attention to detail and dedication help maintain smooth operations and uphold the quality guests expect.

Job Duties
• Perform outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks such as washing windows, sweeping walkways, and degreasing the drive-thru lane
• Maintain clean and sanitary washrooms
• Conduct general cleaning including walls, tables, chairs, equipment, ceiling tiles, vents, and floors (sweeping and mopping)
• Sanitize ice machines, ketchup dispensers, and bag holders
• Scrub and clean floor drains and handwashing sinks
• Clean inside cabinets and polish doors
• Thoroughly clean behind vending machines and kitchen equipment
• Scrub, clean, and polish kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary environment
• Mechanical skills and maintenance experience considered an asset
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
