We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time maintenance Service Technician IV covering our Bay area market (Daly City and surrounding areas). The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified and will work for the Service department.
*Candidates must live within 30-mile radius from Daly City, CA
General Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
  • Working well independently with little or no supervision
  • Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment's notice, in case of emergencies
  • Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Pay Range: $42.50-$48.85
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required
  • Schedule: Five (5) days a week, Sunday through Thursday (days off Friday/Saturday) OR Tuesday through Saturday (days off Sunday/Monday)
  • Holiday and weekend availability required
  • This person's territory will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in the Bay area (San Mateo County); Preferred if individual lives in close proximity to Daly City, CA
  • Travel is required (25%)
  • Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance

Qualifications
  • Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
  • "Soda Fountain" and trade school experience is a plus
  • Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs
  • A valid CA Driver's License (Company vehicle provided)
