Job description

Position: Maintenance Lead

Location: Chantilly, VA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (On-call as needed for emergencies)

Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 Per Hour dependent on experience

About The Role

The Maintenance Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that our healthcare facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with industry standards. This hands-on position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, and supporting facility improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure that healthcare facilities are fully operational, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with minor repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance efforts.
  • Respond efficiently to maintenance requests, troubleshooting facility issues as they arise.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate facility repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, safety compliance, and equipment servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for facility maintenance.
