Job description

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. If you have strong maintenance skills and want steady work with great benefits, apply today!


Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs
  • Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting
  • Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
  • Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules


Maintenance Technician qualifications:

  • 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry)
  • EPA Certification is preferred
  • CPO Certification is preferred
  • Class A maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be available to participate in on-call rotation
  • Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required
