About Peak Limousine
We started Peak Limousine in 2005 as a family business and in the last 20 years have grown into a trusted name in luxury ground transportation service. We serve corporate travelers, weddings, leisure clients, and global travel programs but the heart of who we are hasn't changed. We're a dedicated team that cares deeply about the work we do and the people we do it with.
About the Role
The Dispatcher at Peak Limousine is the operational heartbeat of our day. You'll be responsible for managing live trips, coordinating our chauffeurs, tracking flights, and making real-time decisions that keep our service running smoothly and on time. In addition to dispatch, you'll also be trained and responsible for booking and managing reservations,  giving you full visibility into the operation from start to finish.
This is a role for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, and sharp on the details. You'll spend much of your day working independently by monitoring, communicating, and making decisions all the while being part of a dependable team.
You May Be a Great Fit If You
  • Are highly organized and thrive in structured, process-driven environments
  • Notice the smaller details — and take pride in it
  • Can stay calm, focused, and decisive when things move quickly
  • Prefer a quiet, focused workplace over a high-energy or highly social one
  • Can provide warm, professional customer service without it feeling performative
  • Are comfortable working independently for long stretches while remaining part of a team
This Role May Feel Frustrating If You
  • Need high levels of social interaction or constant external engagement to feel motivated
  • Prefer reactive, fast-changing environments over structured, repeatable work
  • Find it difficult to sustain focus over long, independent work periods
  • Struggle with consistency or accountability
We want to be upfront: candidates who are highly extroverted or who need frequent social engagement tend to find this role unfulfilling over time not because of ability, but because of the amount of dedicated focus that is needed to excel in this role. We'd rather you know that now than find out a few weeks in.
Responsibilities
Dispatch (Primary)
  • Manage GPS tracking and dispatch chauffeurs for timely, on-schedule service
  • Monitor and track incoming flights; update and adjust arrival times as needed
  • Anticipate potential timeline challenges and proactively adjust chauffeur schedules
  • Route trips using Google Maps and assist chauffeurs with real-time traffic navigation
  • Answer calls from clients, chauffeurs, vendors, and affiliates
  • Communicate professionally with clients and chauffeurs via phone, email, and text
Reservations (Secondary)
  • Accurately book, quote, and manage transportation reservations with exceptional attention to detail
  • Review reservations for accuracy before and after booking
  • Answer client questions regarding booking details and logistics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, and/or dispatch
  • Strong critical thinking skills; able to make calm, sound decisions quickly
  • Familiarity with global time zones and military time
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Proven attention to detail in prior roles
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be willing to work holidays and be flexible with changing shifts, if needed
Schedule
  • In-office position
  • Tuesday – Friday: 6:30 am to 3:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Sunday and Monday off
  • Training: Monday – Friday for the first month, at least
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting at $18.00+ per hour. Pay may vary depending on experience and skill set.
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • PTO package
Peak Limousine maintains a 100% smoke-free workplace. Smoking and tobacco use are prohibited in all company buildings, vehicles, and designated work areas.
Peak Limousine is an equal opportunity employer.
