Job description

Limousine owner is seeking a qualified individual to drive his limousine for owner’s personal use; not for a company.

SUMMARY:

Owner is seeking a polished, reliable, Chauffeur/ Personal Driver. Privacy, discretion, and loyalty are paramount for this position. Qualified candidate must pay close attention to details, possess a positive, upbeat attitude, take initiative, and think independently.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

DRIVING

  • Provide comfort and safe transport of owner/owner’s guests to and from various events and destinations such as social events, airport etc.
  • Interact with owner and his guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Use Navigation to determine the best route.
  • Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather changes.
  • Obey all traffic laws.

Other duties:

  • Maintain the vehicle’s fuel, tire pressure, service records, etc.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness: interior and exterior.
  • Prepare and maintain vehicle checklist.
  • Prepare/maintain Principals' comfort items in the vehicles: water, tissues, umbrellas, etc.
  • Safely Secure the vehicle after each use;

REQUIREMENT:

  • Available for special occasions.
  • Dress appropriately
  • Experience in proper chauffer etiquette such as opening doors, etc.
  • Ability to handle traffic changes.
  • Cool, calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Must have prior experience driving a limousine or large vehicle with verifiable references.
  • Good health and physically fit.
  • Flexible and able to accommodate spontaneous changes to routines and plans.
  • Long-term intent.
  • Able to pass an extensive criminal background check and have a clean driving record.
  • Willing to take a and drug screen.
  • Limousine license (a plus, but not required)

Schedule:

  • Mostly nights and weekends
  • Other times as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
