We are currently looking for dependable CDL chauffeurs to join our team. If you have a passion for driving luxury vehicles and a strong focus on customer service and safety, we want to hear from you. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, vans, mini buses, and mini-coaches, while providing top-notch service to our clients. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a clean driving record are essential to this role.
Our company operates 24/7, with the highest demand for chauffeurs on weekends and some mid-week shifts.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and drive various vehicles, including Sprinter Vans, Mini buses and Motor Coaches.
  • Provide top-notch service to clients during events, wine tours, weddings and sightseeing trips.
  • Plan routes efficient routes using GPS and internal trip notes.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, clients and event planners.
  • Engage with clients during events such as wine tours, weddings, or local sightseeing tours.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Monitor weather conditions and road reports prior to departure.
  • Report any major maintenance issues or client impactful issues to management promptly.
  • Accurately record and report working hours using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
  • Adhere to company policies, regulations and all applicable traffic laws
  • Prioritize safety at all times and adjust driving according to weather and road conditions
  • Adhere to all company policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws at all times.
What We're Looking For

  • Full and Part Time CDL Chauffeurs
  • Flexible availability 7-days per week (required)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Commercial CDL (Class B) with Passenger Endorsement (required).
  • Minimum 2 years CDL passenger-carrying bus driving experience (required).
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug tests. 
  • Ability to maneuver 35-ft mini buses comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail, physical fitness (ability to lift up to 50 lbs) and excellent route planning skills.
  • Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.

Compensation
This position typically averages $20+/hour for vans and  $25+/hour for buses. Actual earnings vary based on trip volume and gratuities received. This position qualifies for No Tax on Time, No Tax on Overtime.
