• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional, social, and financial needs of pediatric patients.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on issues such as adjustment disorders, grief management, and coping strategies for children and families.
• Lead initiatives to coordinate care with local community organizations, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care from hospital to home.
• Offer educational resources and emotional support to families about treatment options, community resources, and navigating healthcare systems.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations that enhance patient care.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately to comply with legal and organizational policies, maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

This role focuses on pediatric patients, including children and adolescents who present a variety of mental health conditions and psychosocial stressors. You will also work with their families, recognizing that support systems are crucial to effective care. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
