• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure electronic health record system.

This position involves working with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, particularly those dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. You will use solution-based therapies and culturally competent practices to address the specific needs of each individual. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust will be crucial in facilitating therapeutic outcomes.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
