We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who is passionate about serving others by supporting clients, leading teams, and creating exceptional experiences through communication, accountability, and care.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts while building strong client relationships and partnering closely with field teams to deliver high-quality results. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and leading with a people-first mindset.
What You'll Do
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and provide outstanding service
  • Lead and support field teams through communication, coaching, and accountability
  • Manage landscape maintenance accounts and ensure properties meet quality expectations
  • Conduct site walkthroughs, identify solutions, and follow through with care and urgency
  • Partner with Field Managers and crews to create a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Support growth opportunities through renewals, enhancements, and snow services

  • 3+ years of landscape account management or related experience preferred
