PTC Servigistics Functional Analyst
Dallas, TX & Seattle, WA

Must-Have Skills and Experience
• 4–5 years of relevant functional support or consulting experience in supply chain management or planning applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Service Parts Planning and Inventory Management concepts.
• Functional expertise with PTC Servigistics or equivalent service parts planning tools.
• Experience analyzing forecasting, inventory optimization, service level targets, and planning exceptions.
• Ability to analyze planning outputs, parameters, and business rules to identify root causes of issues.
• Experience working with planning tools such as Syncron, Kinaxis, Baxter Planning, or similar is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Comfortable working in ITIL-based support environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical developers, business users, and global teams.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle and MongoDB.
• Strong hands on knowledge of Service Parts Planning / Inventory Management concepts.
• Functional experience with PTC Servigistics preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with technical teams, business users, and global stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Must understand process-oriented systems and workflows (highly preferred).
• Experience working in Agile environments and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effective stakeholder interaction.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities supporting large-scale, data-intensive, SLA-driven applications. (MUST)
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
• Understanding technical landscape with microservices and cloud environment like AWS or similar
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools.
• Aerospace aftermarket or MRO domain experience.
• APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
 
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide functional application support for aerospace OEM’s service parts planning platform.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues related to forecasting, inventory optimization, service level targets, and planning exceptions.
• Triage and analyze production incidents and business tickets to determine functional vs technical root causes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues involving configuration, data, or custom code.
• Configure Servigistics or equivalent planning tools to address business challenges and optimize planning outcomes.
• Guide technical teams on required logic changes when issues relate to code or data processing.
• Validate fixes through functional scenario testing and ensure business acceptance before deployment.
• Support problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) activities, providing functional insights for long-term stability.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, explaining issues, impacts, and resolutions in business terms.
• Maintain functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in cross-timezone coordination with offshore support teams to ensure seamless coverage.
