Nexeo Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a leading provider of specialized technology products, parts, and repair services supporting the gaming and entertainment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys leading by example.

This is a working supervisor role, meaning you'll actively participate in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment while overseeing daily warehouse operations and supporting facility management functions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and support warehouse team performance.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems and shipping platforms.
  • Generate shipping labels and manage carrier shipments through FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and similar systems.
  • Verify received products against purchase orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and communicate receiving discrepancies and quality concerns.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage locations and warehouse cleanliness.
  • Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the facility.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and building-related needs.
  • Act as the primary site contact for corporate headquarters regarding operational matters and SOP compliance.
  • Generate reports and operational updates using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
  • Manage office supply inventory and support general administrative functions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, transportation providers, and internal teams.
  • Support daily operations by assisting wherever needed, including facility upkeep and general maintenance tasks.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory management experience.
  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and maintain productivity standards.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
  • Oracle NetSuite experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Candidates with long-term stability and familiarity with the Las Vegas/Henderson market are encouraged to apply.
