In addition to typical sales associate duties, they often supervise staff, handle customer issues, and act as leaders when management is not present. This role usually requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle extra responsibility. Full Time Keyholders play a crucial role in daily store operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and securely.

What are the primary responsibilities of a full time keyholder during opening and closing shifts?

They also oversee the completion of opening or closing checklists, delegate tasks to team members, and address any immediate customer or operational issues that arise. This role requires strong attention to detail and reliability, as Keyholders act as a trusted extension of store management during these critical times.
