Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cloud Data Platform Engineer for a hands-on data engineering role with a strong preference for Google Cloud Platform experience. The ideal candidate will actively code, build data pipelines, and work with cloud-based data platforms, while also having practical experience with Node.js and React.
Responsibilities:
• Actively code and build data pipelines
• Work with cloud-based data platforms
• Build simple standalone web interfaces, forms, and workflows that connect to backend data, ML, or AI models
• Clearly explain work personally built
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience with Python
• Strong experience with Spark
• Strong experience with Airflow
• Strong experience with Cloud Composer
• Strong experience with GCP
• Node.js experience
• React experience
• Ability to build simple standalone web interfaces, forms, and workflows that connect to backend data, ML, or AI models
• Hands on data engineering role with practical Node.js and React experience
• Ability to clearly explain work they personally built
• Open to converting to full time
