RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will serve as a technical SME on major projects within the Operation Management Systems department. The role involves system development, vendor implementation, and ongoing technical support while ensuring adherence to change management processes.
Responsibilities:
• function as technical SME on implementation of major projects
• support Operation Management Systems in STO Computer Operation department
• responsible for system development and vendor implementation efforts
• follow and enforce the departments change management process
• ensure timing of the changes does not jeopardize the availability and reliability of the systems
• work on all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations
• planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, training, implementation, and on-ongoing technical support
• work on day-to-day support of existing applications
• problem solving, and issues resolution
• promote best practices and use of cybersecurity tools
• follow procedures
Qualifications:
Required:
