Job description

Competitive pay plan, your work ethic/attendance and skill will determine your pay and position.
 
Job is not union. Job is not a travel/hotel per diem position. It is full time all year round, come back to shop/home each night.
Come join a fast moving company built on hard work, honesty and our reputation. Paid travel 1 way, both ways if you are a driver in company truck. Per diem each night if WE ALL stay in a hotel out of town (rare), hotel fully paid by company. Pay day every Friday. After 90 days you are eligible for healthcare, dental, life insurance, accident insurance, and short term disability, paid major holidays off. 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 90 day review, 6 month review, 1 year review.
 
Apprentice-Journeyman

-needs to run all heavy equipment or be able to learn (duct jacks, scissor lift, boom reach, telehandler, crane signaling)
-needs to weld proficiently, or be able to get better at it
-needs to understand harnesses and tying off, or learn it
-needs to work at heights
-needs to be willing to connect
-needs to complete all aspects of misc metals and structural steel with or without major guidance
-journeymen must be able to work alone and read prints
-any and all task your supervisor deems necessary to complete the job

-Run work, and manpower
-Layout

-operate equipment
-drive company truck
