Physician - Sonoma County
Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Pulmonologist with advanced bronchoscopy/interventional pulmonology skills to join Providence Medical Group's growing pulmonary and respiratory care program in the heart of Sonoma County. This is an excellent opportunity to help expand advanced diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonary services, including advanced bronchoscopy and other interventional procedures, while caring for patients across a broad spectrum of pulmonary disease. In this role, you will have strong support from a collaborative network of pulmonary, critical care, oncology, thoracic surgery, hospital medicine, radiology and surgical specialists at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.   • Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Base Compensation is between $475,000 and $525,000 per year
  • Total Cash Compensation is between $515,125 and $560,125 per year
  • Compensation range to be determined based on specialty, experience, call expectations and final position structure
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
