What is a full time interpreter Portuguese?

A Full Time Interpreter Portuguese is a professional who translates spoken or signed communication between Portuguese and another language, typically in real-time settings. They work in various environments such as hospitals, courts, schools, conferences, and business meetings. Their main role is to facilitate effective communication and ensure that messages are accurately conveyed between parties who do not share a common language. Working full time usually means regular hours and a steady workload, often with an employer such as a hospital, educational institution, or government agency.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a full time interpreter Portuguese, and why are they important?
