Human Resources Manager

Location: Hybrid | Washington, DC
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Managing Partner / Practice Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager to support and strengthen our day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a structured, consistent, and positive workplace.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee core HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Employee Development
  • Benefits & HR Administration

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Strong communicationskills and a professional, approachable presence
  • High levelof discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
