Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partners in Huntsville, AL. This is your chance to join a specialized team that provides life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

 Full-time position - FULL-TIME DAYS  Work in a specialty ACUTE setting with medically complex patients Competitive salary + shift differentials Comprehensive benefits and PTO package Supportive, mission-driven work culture focused on quality outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
  • Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
  • Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

Required Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification 
  • Current ACLS certification 

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Active RN license in Alabama or compact state
  • 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
  • BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
