Job description

Quality Control Inspector Needed to be the Last Line of Defense

The Quality Control Inspector we need to join the American Reloading Team requires accuracy in everything they do. Among family, they know you're the “particular one.” For you, it's a badge of honor. Everything needs to be just so-so in your world to bring order and to feel in control. A team player at your core, finding a respectful and harmonious work environment to be the master of your craft is key to your professional happiness. A quiet type, you're comfortable working solo or in small, high-performance groups. You do your thinking in your head and let your quality work product do the talking.

Driven by common sense and a strong work ethic, our Quality Control Inspectors become experts in short order with on-the-job training. Cool, calm, and collected, their focus remains steady, regardless of the workload. Aided by a no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude, they are essential to our success.

As a Quality Control Inspector at American Reloading, you’ll be the last line of defense, ensuring only top-quality components make it to our customers. Each day, you'll inspect at least 1,500 components per hour with 99% accuracy, checking for defects or damage while maintaining detailed records. You’ll uphold safety standards, keep your workspace organized, and look for ways to improve efficiency. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll have a flexible schedule with a minimum of 35 hours per week and unlimited overtime opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Founded in 2014, American Reloading, based in Grain Valley, Missouri, specializes in affordable "pull down" reloading components and factory seconds for firearms enthusiasts all across the United States. With a focus on customer service and up to 50% savings for reloaders, we thrive with Missouri’s logistics and local support to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Over the past 10 years, we’ve enjoyed strong and steady growth because of the quality of our work culture and the competency of our teams and leadership. As working members of the American Reloading family, our team is rewarded with benefits rarely distributed in locally owned manufacturing operations, like flex scheduling, health and life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. We constantly endeavor to do what's right by taking care of our people and our business.

Being part of the American Reloading team isn’t easy, but it’s rewarding for the right hardworking, task-driven people. If you’re ready for a career, take a chance and apply today. If you’re ready to work where you're understood and your calm, perfectionist nature is respected, don’t wait, apply now. Let’s make American Manufacturing Great Again.
