Responsibilities
  • Sell Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong book of business
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
  • Follow up consistently on prospects and client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and track activity in the agency CRM
  • Stay current on products, coverage options, and industry best practices

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a sales-focused role with closing responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  • Active Connecticut Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred (not required)
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
