Compensation: $37.45-$44.95 per hour, depending on prior experience, with an additional $2.25 per hour for night shifts.
Work Schedule: FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT from 6 PM to 6 AM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, plus every other Sunday from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Ongoing maintenance of required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
The primary role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to apply the nursing process in planning and delivering direct care to assigned residents. The nurse will oversee, direct, and implement shift routines within the designated nursing unit, while also supervising and evaluating the activities of staff as the designated leader, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities may include assuming “Building Charge” duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance within the assigned unit.
- Oversee resident care activities.
- Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and assessment records.
- Participate in employee performance reviews, assess staffing needs, and make recommendations regarding employee counseling.
- Engage in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience
- Long-term care experience is preferred.
Education
- Technical training or higher in Nursing is required.
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse license is required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
