What You'll Do:

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents

  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence

  • Work closely with nurses and the entire care team

  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a current and valid OHIO STNA certification

  • Must demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect for residents

  • Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and facility policies
