    Injection Molding Technician

    Wadsworth, OH

    RTUS (Rep the US) is a trusted independently owned name in food & beverage disposables for over 75 years and the exclusive manufacturer of biodegradable AgaveX products.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Injection Molding Technician (1st Shift) to operate and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. In this role, you will troubleshoot processing issues, ensure efficient production, and support maintenance and repairs across machinery and systems.

    Schedule:

    • 1st Shift: 6 am-2 pm (Monday-Friday)

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 1 year of injection molding experience
    • Experience with process adjustments required, maintenance and mold setup preferred
    • Strong mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
    • Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems (preferred)
    • Ability to read, write, and understand English

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
    • Troubleshoot machine and process issues in a timely manner
    • Monitor and record temperatures, pressures, and cycle times
    • Assist with mold set ups, adjustments, and basic repairs
    • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
    • Maintain dryers and auxiliary equipment in clean, working order
    • Ensure production meets quality standards with minimal defects
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
    • Report safety concerns and maintain a clean work environment
