FULL TIME WITH OUR FINANCIAL CLIENT
Role: IT Director
Location: Denver, CO
Work Mode: Work in Denver office 3+ days per week minimum, remote 2 days
Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Managing the Private Equity application ecosystem and report writing team โ€ข Implementing the IT strategic plan, in connection with the overall strategy of Client
โ€ข Leading managed cloud Infrastructure while maintaining 99.99% uptimes
โ€ข Improving the efficiency, quality, and security of Client
โ€ข Staying abreast of technology developments and proactively recommending enhancements
โ€ข Ensuring strong project governance (project prioritization, risk control and progress monitoring)
โ€ข Managing and supervising IT security, in coordination and under the supervision of the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) of Client
โ€ข Organizing and providing support and training.
โ€ข Managing, developing, and motivating the IT team
โ€ข Coordinating, developing, and maintaining IT policies and procedures in conjunction with compliance and CISO
โ€ข Supervising Desktop support, Level 1 & 2 support, and managing the MSSP relationship
โ€ข Own the Helpdesk and workflow tool for IT ticketing
โ€ข Supervising IT legal obligations (contract management, etc.)
โ€ข Optimizing IT supplier contracts and service level agreements โ€ข Reporting breaches and problems to management
โ€ข Ensuring the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Bachelor s degree or higher in a technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
โ€ข Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mind โ€ข Strong organization and time management skills
โ€ข Ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team โ€ข Ability to work with cross-functional counterparts Strong interpersonal skills
โ€ข Keen interest or experience in the Private Equity sector
โ€ข Be able to demonstrate a hands-on operational approach โ€ข Show humility and lead by setting an example.
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory
โ€ข Excellent managerial competencie
