Sewing Machine Operator (Morning & Evening Shifts)

Celina, TX
Starting at $18.00 per hour

Adecco is hiring experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company that designs and manufactures premium golf simulator enclosures, practice equipment, and game improvement products used by golfers across the country.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM
Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM

What You'll Do

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and finish custom products

  • Sew, seam, hem, and attach bindings to a variety of materials and fabrics

  • Install Velcro, accessories, and other product components

  • Apply grommets using power grommet press equipment

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Troubleshoot minor sewing machine issues and make basic adjustments as needed

  • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of industrial sewing machine experience

  • Ability to read, calculate, and work with fractional measurements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious mindset

  • Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Comfortable sitting, standing, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift

  • Experience with sewing machine maintenance is a plus

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
