Their role typically involves assisting in-house counsel with legal research, drafting documents, reviewing contracts, and supporting compliance efforts. This internship provides practical experience in corporate law and exposes interns to the day-to-day legal issues businesses face. It is usually a temporary, full-time position intended to provide valuable professional development and insight into in-house legal practice.
