Job description

We are looking for one highly motivated Legal Assistant/Client Intake Specialist who is interested in long-term employment and helping with our company's continued growth.

Our office handles client intake for multiple consumer law firms practicing on the east coast, the west coast, and everywhere in between. As the first impression for these law firms, our legal assistants are excellent communicators with friendly, outgoing, and empathetic personalities.

This position involves heavy telephone contact with potential, current, and former clients. The primary role is to speak with potential new clients (PNCs) who have contacted us for help with various issues (i.e. debt collector harassment, Lemon vehicles, credit report inaccuracies) and obtain relevant information necessary for the attorneys to conduct a free case review. The successful candidate has excellent phone and computer skills (will need to learn to navigate our proprietary database), is detail-oriented, knows how to multitask, and works well in a team-oriented/collaborative environment.

If you are interested in applying for the position, please provide an updated resume.

THIS IS A FULL TIME, IN-OFFICE POSITION. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS/WEEK, NO EXCEPTIONS.
