We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about guiding clients through complex immigration matters — from family-based petitions to removal defense — and is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system with clarity and confidence. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage a diverse immigration caseload and make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration matters, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, and removal/deportation defense
  • Draft and file petitions, applications, briefs, and supporting documentation with USCIS, EOIR, and other relevant agencies
  • Conduct client consultations, evaluate cases, and advise clients on available immigration options and strategy
  • Develop case strategies through legal research and investigation of client circumstances
  • Represent clients at immigration court hearings, USCIS interviews, and administrative proceedings
  • Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations throughout often lengthy processes
  • Stay current on evolving immigration law, policy, and agency procedures
  • Collaborate with paralegals, assistants, and fellow attorneys to ensure effective case management
Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in TX (MO, KS, IL a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in immigration law strongly preferred
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to explain complex legal processes clearly to clients
  • Ability to manage a high-volume and diverse caseload independently
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a strong plus
  • Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practice

Schedule
