  • Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance.

  • Prepare and review petitions, applications, waivers, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation.

  • Develop legal strategies and maintain primary responsibility for the legal outcome of assigned cases.

  • Lead and mentor your assigned paralegals and legal assistants by directing workflow, reviewing work product, and ensuring cases progress efficiently.

  • Ensure all filings, hearings, deadlines, and procedural requirements are completed accurately and on time.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and deliver an exceptional client experience throughout representation.

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve legal processes, client service, operational efficiency, and case outcomes.

  • Travel periodically to Central Florida for court appearances, client meetings, in-office collaboration, training, and other business-related responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
  • Active member in good standing of any U.S. State Bar.

  • Immigration law experience with the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload.

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and case management abilities.

  • Experience leading or directing the work of paralegals and legal assistants.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically to Central Florida for court appearances, client meetings, and other business-related responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience representing clients before USCIS and EOIR.

  • Experience using legal case management software.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.

  • Organized, dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented.

  • Excellent communication skills with clients, courts, and colleagues.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional legal representation and an outstanding client experience.

  • Dental insurance

  • Paid time off and paid holidays
