Financial Planner Position Overview

Seeking a motivated Financial Planner to join a collaborative, growth-focused team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, retirement, and investment advice.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, present recommendations, and convert opportunities into new business.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors through mentorship and professional development.
  • Support business growth initiatives, succession planning, and an exceptional client experience.
  • Apply tax-aware planning, estate coordination, and regulatory compliance best practices.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 1–10 years of financial planning or advisory experience.
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • CFP exam passed or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop business and close new opportunities.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, professionalism, and high ethical standards.
  • Existing client relationships or portable business is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel periodically and relocate if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $75,000–$95,000.
  • Performance-based bonuses, sign-on incentives, and profit sharing.
